The apartment felt spacious for our family of four, with a small kitchenette that allowed us to prepare meals. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The shower had strong water pressure, which was a nice surprise. However, I found the shower and toilet layout a bit odd, as they were separated, and it felt cramped. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during warm days, which was uncomfortable. I also noticed the carpets in the common areas could use a thorough cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, we had a comfortable stay overall.

The location was super convenient, right by the metro – perfect for exploring the city. The room was cozy and had all we needed, even if it felt a tad small. The breakfast options were kinda limited, though. Overall, a great spot for fams! Plus, the staff were super friendly.

i had a great stay at citadines. the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the esplanade metro station, making it easy to get to the center of paris in 20 minutes. breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of both salty and sweet options. the staff were polite, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
